I binged on a ton of food today. Cake, cookies, pasta, sausage, fruit, crackers, cream cheese, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and cereal.

I had a lovely morning with my boyfriend, even though I was a bit hungover. I made him and myself breakfast! It was nice and enjoyable.

I am proud of myself as I look over today’s intake. Although I had to lie and cheat one a few different occasions, I got away with a low number. For that I am so glad. I need to lose a couple more pounds.

I had a lot of opportunities to eat more than what I stated here. I also had a few drinks tonight, but I never really count my calories in alcohol but that’s probably why I’m not losing weight like I want to… It’s just so hard NOT to drink, on the other hand it’s so hard NOT to lose weight. It’s Friday, which is probably the best thing about today. I hated being back in school today but we got a couple tests back that I aced, which was a nice surprise because as Spring Break got closer I started slacking a bit. Bravo for me.

I followed my plan, except I sort of had a few spoonfuls of my boyfriends chicken fried rice. Ewh. I don’t know. I can’t even explain myself.
Today I didn’t do much of anything, really. I cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom in my OCD kind of way. When the boy comes home I know he’ll be happy to find it the way I’ve made it. I was planning on fasting today, just liquids. But, instead I had this:
1 Slice 100% Sprouted Raison and Cinnamon Toasted Ezekiel Bread (80 calories)
^ Btw, I recommend this bread to all of you guys who crave bread a lot, or if it’s a weakness (like me, majorly). It’s actually a complete protein, not all carbs.

And when my boyfriend comes home I plan on eating a Red Delicious Apple in front of him for 45 calories. So, my daily intake for today is 125 calories.
